Adult Day Activity Assistant
To handle and direct activities in effort to encourage clients, help build client activity schedule, creating a fun, healthy and safe environment. Programing/activities for mental and physical stimulation. Speak with clients, keep them involved, engaged and entertained with activities that appeal to the age, physical, emotional and mental status of client(s). Need to be driven, creative, caring, and encouraging as well as having patience and compassion. Monthly staff in-services. Training as needed.

Mental Health Therapist
WeCare is currently hiring for a full-time Mental Health Therapist. As a therapist you will be responsible for Diagnostic Assessments and person-centered treatment plans for your outpatient client case load. WeCare is a mental health provider that primarily serves the St Cloud/Waite Park and surrounding areas . WeCare provides ARMHS , PCA services, Mental Health therapy, group therapy, parent education, Housing Stabilization Services and Adult Day Services.
Ideal candidates will have experience providing Trauma informed, person-centered care. In addition to strong organization skills, the ability to work in collaboration with other providers and coworkers. Experience working with translators is also a plus.
Primary duties include:
Complete a mental health diagnostic assessment on new patients
Provide high quality ongoing therapy with patients
Maintain complete and organized outpatient electronic health records
Ensure appropriate coordination of care for patients and collaboration with other professionals
Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings including case and peer reviews
Requirements
Fully licensed as LMFT, LPCC, LP or LICSW
OR
If unlicensed, must have completed a master’s or doctorate educational program in behavioral health, as well as have a minimum of 10 months of clinical work experience and are in the process of pursuing LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, or LP licensure in the state of Minnesota.

Clinical Trainee
In this position you will coordinate and provide direct services in the community to adults with a diagnosis of serious and persistent mental illness. Responsible for ensuring the individual receives services as outlined in a diagnostic assessment to enable them to live as independently as possible in the community. Educate and train individuals on the basic skills necessary to enable them to live in the least restrictive setting.

Mental Health Professional Clinical Supervisor (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC)
We are a new agency providing adult day care services as well as Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) services to our clients. We are lookingfor a clinical supervisor who can work independently with a diverse population base. In this position, you'd provide mental health assessment, intervention, and consultation for adults and families and provide clinical supervision to clinical trainees and Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) practitioners. This position will be filled as an independent contractor and has the option for a very flexible schedule.
Job Duties:
Develop, enhance, and expand ARMHS and Adult Mental Health services at We Care.
Develop and implement a culturally appropriate treatment plan and crisis plan for each client.
Provide weekly individual and group supervision to about 5 Mental Health Practitioners - Clinical Trainees and ARMHS practitioners
Participate in diagnostic assessment and treatment planning for clients with mental health concerns
Provide individual, family and group therapies for adults with mental health challenges
Review treatment plans with consulting MH Professional every 180 days (ARMHS)
Coordinate treatment with others involved with the client

Housing Stabilization Specialist
As a Housing Stabilization Specialists you will assist individuals with disabilities in locating and maintaining adequate and affordable housing. The HSS is responsible for identifying barriers to housing access and assisting individuals we serve through the process of relocating to community-based or independent housing. Housing support specialists provide the needed support and advocacy for our clients along the way to secure housing.
Assist the client in attending housing-related meetings with outside stakeholders, such as prospective landlords, and provide skills based lessons to assist the client in maintain professional relationships with those required for their housing.
Provide support in the prevention and early identification of behaviors that may jeopardize continued stable housing, such as educating and training on roles, rights, and responsibilities of the tenant and the property manager, provides advocacy on behalf of the client, and assists in the housing recertification process.
Coordinates with the service recipient to review, update, and modify the housing support. Provides support and training on the responsibilities of being a good tenant, maintaining lease compliance, and household management
