Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS)

The goal of WeCare ARMHS is to help the client learn to use mental health, health care and community resources to better manage symptoms, meet their independent living needs, and achieve a higher quality of life.

Each of our clients establishes an individual relationship with a Qualified mental health practitioner. Together they create a Treatment plan to help guide the client toward developing the skills required to reach specific objectives and goals.

WeCare's mental health practitioners provide services in the clients’ homes and/or in the community.
Their role is to "do with" the individuals with whom they work, not to "do for" them. By modeling, coaching, encouraging, and teaching skills, our clients are able to develop a belief in their own ability to achieve what may have seemed unattainable before.

WeCare believes that collaboration with our clients’ families, friends, and involved professionals is essential.
